All orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-4 business days, Monday – Friday 10am-4pm
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST Monday-Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
If a merchandise is out of stock, you can still go ahead and pre-order and you will be sent confirmation email once the order is back and been processed for shipment.
We do not profit from shipping. Should you choose Priority shipping, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the items you are purchasing.
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees.
Local Pick Up
Fortunately, but unfortunately, we offer Local Pick Up from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6pm – 7pm Canadian time. Weekend are available on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 2pm -5pm only.

1. Email lymiahairpalace.com to request for exchange but note refunds and exchange can only be made if we delivered the wrong package.
2. Include pictures, videos, detailed description, and any other material to describe the reason for exchange.
3. After we have approved the request, you will be Emailed instructions on how to return the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on “Super Sale”
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
