WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LYMIA HAIR AND AMIA HAIR?
Lymia hair is our top-notch single donor virgin hair which can be bleached to the lightest color blonde #613 and available in straight, curly wand wavy
Amia hair is our Remy hair which is more affordable and budget friendly. It can only be bleached to color #27 and available in straight, wavy, kinky curly, kinky straight, water wave, deep curly and loose wave
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE HAIR FROM?
If you have booked an appointment in the salon for weave or braids, we have extensions available in store and if you already purchase elsewhere, you can bring your own hair.
For our ready-made wigs ordered online, we provide our Indian or Brazilian lace wigs, this is included in the price.
If you want to have one of our full lace frontal wigs made in a salon fitting, we will also provide this hair.
For all other hair needed for hairstyles, we do not have a recommended supplier.
DOES ONE PERSON DO MY HAIR?
No! Because of the way our salon system is set up, you may be provided with more than one stylist during your appointment, but please be rest assured this is the way we can provide you with the best results!
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT LAST?
Each appointment time will vary depending on the hairstyle. For weave styles we typically recommend 3.5 hours and for braids it can last up to 6 hours or more, again depending on the style and length.
How will I know if my ready-made wig will fit my head?
As soon as we have received your order, we will contact you regarding your style choice and ask you for a description of your head size. Measurements are not needed as our cap sizes are a standard small, medium, or large.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be thrilled with the service you have received at Lymia Hair Palace. If in the rare instance you are not satisfied with something, we are here to help. Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will gladly rectify any service within one week of your original visit, providing it is a fault caused by the salon/stylist. This service is free and will need to be organised via email or phone call. Please note, services CANNOT be refunded. Products can only be refunded if unused and in their original packaging, if the lace has been cut on ready made wigs then this product is immediately made non-refundable.
